Cancellation Policy
- Within 45 days of yatra start date, 75% of the total cost of the registered yatra will be refunded
- Within 30 days of yatra start date, 50% of the total cost of the registered yatra will be refunded
- Less than 15 days of yatra start date, 0% i.e. no refund
Pre-Registration & Non Refundable Processing Fees
- Indian passport holders: 10,000 INR
- Non-Indian passport holders: 100 USD

| Day 8 | Diraphuk (Full Moon / North Face) |
| Day 9 | Zuthulphuk |
| Day 10 | Darchen, then Saga |
| Day 11 | Saga to Kathmandu via Kodari |
| Day 12 | Departure |
Terms & Conditions
- If you participate in the yatra, the registration fees will be part of your total yatra cost
- If you cancel your yatra, the registration fees will be non-refundable
- Your registration is independent of your co-yatri friend, family or any other contact; your cancellation will be treated individually
- There will be no refund if you cancel your yatra because of your health, injury, or any other personal reason
Disclaimer
- You agree that Kailash Manasarovar Yatra demands physical fitness and involves a high altitude trek above 5,000 m (16,000 ft)
- You acknowledge that the cost of the yatra will be finalized only a few months before the Kailash Yatra season
- You acknowledge that the itinerary can change based on conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, political conditions and government policies

Note: this is the first part, early registration. The itinerary, cost and dates can change based on situations beyond our control. The cost of the yatra is different every season, so it will be finalized only towards the beginning of the season. There are limited seats, so it is encouraged to register for the yatra as soon as possible.
